Our eight-step process makes it easy to realise your product from initial concept to delivery.

Congratulations, you’ve made the first step on your bespoke packaging journey.

Meet the team! Your first point of contact is one of our talented regional sales executives. They operate throughout the country and are available to meet you to discuss individual and special requirements. Your sales exec will guide you through the process.

Product specification, quantities and shipping are quoted. If your storage space is limited, we can offer storage and call-off delivery options.

Our creative team can create artwork that exceeds your vision and meets your specifications while ensuring that it is representative of your brand. They will advise on the look and feel as well as the more technical aspects of the packaging design.

Once you are happy with the quotation, ETA, specification and design you can sign the order. This will allow the team to produce an optional but advised pre-production sample or we can alternatively start mass production of your order.

This is the time to inspect your product up close. It’s a great opportunity to improve the product if needed and ensure it fits your needs and expectations. Colours, graphics and structure may be amended before mass production.

The green light is given to mass produce your order. Production time is dependent on the product specification. 

When your products are shipped, either your sales executive or a member of our logistics team will contact you to arrange delivery.
